Travel Consultant

Location: Cochin, Kerala

Experience: Minimum 1 Year

Languages: Fluent in Malayalam and Strong English (spoken & written)

Gender Preference: Female (Local candidate preferred)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a friendly and dynamic female Travel Consultant to join our team in Cochin. The ideal candidate should be a local resident with a passion for travel, customer service, and basic experience in tour bookings or travel coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with domestic and international tour package inquiries
• Handle flight, hotel, and transportation bookings
• Communicate fluently with customers in Malayalam and English
• Provide accurate travel information, pricing, and itinerary suggestions
• Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for seamless travel execution
• Maintain booking records and ensure client satisfaction
• Handle post-sale support like changes, cancellations, or queries

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a travel agency or related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Malayalam and English is mandatory
• Basic knowledge of travel booking systems/software is a plus
• Positive attitude, attention to detail, and customer-first mindset

Must be a local female candidate based in or near Cochin
