Design and Develop engaging training programs focused on products related to Insurance and Loans
Should have knowledge of Insurance Industry & Loans
Create good power point presentation for ease of training module
Excellent in communication and presentation skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
Create comprehensive training modules, ready reckoners, online training content, and videos for effective delivery.
Prepare high-quality training materials, resources, and presentations to enhance knowledge retention.
Conduct interactive training sessions, workshops, and seminars both in-person and virtually.
Identify skill gaps through analysis and provide refresher training as needed.
Evaluate training effectiveness using feedback, performance metrics, and post-training assessments.
Stay updated with industry trends to ensure relevant and current training content.
Strong content development skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
Proficient in using virtual training platforms and digital tools for content creation
Flexible to work according to company environment / culture
