Role Overview: As a GCR MENA Senior at EY, you will be expected to demonstrate a very good understanding of IAS12/ASC 740 (tax accounting) and work closely with accounting professionals (CA/CPA/ACCA) or candidates with significant experience in tax accounting. Your role will involve preparing Corporate Tax Computations, understanding adjusting items, and applying key corporate tax concepts to prepare technical memorandums. You will be required to have a working knowledge of IFRS accounting standards, direct tax law matters, and excel skills for report writing. Additionally, your role will involve handling large amounts of data, managing multiple deliverables simultaneously, and building effective relationships with the functional team.
