Corporate Strategic Events Manager

We are looking for an experienced, creative, and results-driven Event Director to lead the planning and execution of HRLC Powerhouse Bengaluru 2026 – a flagship HR summit organized by the HR Leaders Club, powered by Hyring. This is a high-impact, CXO-level, multi-day event bringing together 1000+ HR leaders, tech exhibitors, and sponsors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of the HRLC Summit

• Own event roadmap, timelines, and cross-functional coordination

• Manage sponsors, speaker outreach, and high-profile guest experience

• Coordinate with venue, AV, F&B;, and decor vendors

• Supervise marketing, content, social media, and PR coordination

• Build and manage on-ground staffing and volunteer teams

• Control budgets, payments, and logistics documentation

• Ensure seamless execution across mainstage, expo, and networking zones

• Act as point of escalation and maintain brand experience quality

Required Skills & Experience:

• 7+ years of experience managing B2B conferences, summits, or expos

• Proven track record of leading 500+ attendee multi-day events

• Experience with sponsorship management and CXO-level stakeholder handling

• Hands-on with budgeting, vendor contracts, and team leadership

• Strong communication, execution, and problem-solving skills

• Worked with venues like Taj, Marriott, Expo centers, etc.

• Bonus: Familiarity with HR or tech startup ecosystem
