We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Corporate Sales Manager (CSM) to spearhead our corporate sales efforts in the Hyderabad region. In this role, you will be the face of our brand in a key market, playing a crucial role in accelerating business growth through strategic collaboration with our Travel and Holiday divisions as well as cross-functional teams. Based in Hyderabad, you will be responsible for developing and executing impactful sales strategies, forging lasting partnerships, and consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate closely with the Chief Operating Officer to establish sales targets and develop strategies to achieve business goals in the Hyderabad region. - Create and implement sales plans, including pricing and promotional strategies, to drive business growth effectively. - Develop and maintain an efficient system for tracking and reporting sales to enhance sales processes and streamline operations. - Monitor sales performance metrics, provide detailed reports to the management team, and offer insights on progress and areas for improvement. - Identify and cultivate new business opportunities across major cities in Hyderabad and surrounding regions, including partnerships and sales channels, to expand the client base. - Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners to ensure long-term partnerships and repeat business. - Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities to maintain a competitive edge. - Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction. Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; a Masters degree is preferred. - Minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience in sales, preferably within the travel industry. - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. - Strong leadership and team management skills. - Excellent communication skills in English, Telugu, and Hindi, along with strong interpersonal abilities. - In-depth knowledge of the travel industry and current trends. - Willingness and ability to travel as required.
