Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage corporate sales team to achieve revenue targets through effective client acquisition, relationship management, and contract negotiations.
  • Develop and execute strategies for corporate business development, budget management, and team leadership.
  • Foster strong corporate ties by building relationships with key decision-makers in the education sector.
  • Identify new opportunities for growth within existing clients' networks and expand our reach into new markets.
  • Ensure timely delivery of high-quality services to meet customer expectations.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 8-12 years of experience in corporate sales or a related field (preferably from preschool industry).
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets through effective client acquisition and retention strategies.
  • Strong understanding of corporate tie-ups, contract negotiations, and budget management principles.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients at all levels.
