Job Description

JOB PURPOSE

To achieve revenue targets for corporate channel through timely planning and execution of agreed plans.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
  • To devise monthly and yearly plans & review the progress.
  • To develop good relationships with senior corporate contacts to drive business growth.
  • To project monthly revenue and to create bridge plan for any deficit at any unit.
  • To manage corporate sales teams at HO and at units and drive them towards organizational goals.
  • Analyse market trends and utilize market intelligence to drive innovation.
  • To build and utilise business network for generating new business.
  • Build and sustain rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits, exploring their specific needs and anticipating new opportunities.
  • To ensure timely collection for the credit sales.


Minimum Qualifications

Graduate (Preferred MBA / PG in Sales & Marketing)


Experience

More than 5 years of relevant experience in Sales & Marketing, preferably in healthcare industry else in an organization of relevance & repute.
