Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Corporate/SME Senior Sales Manager to lead and drive commercial insurance sales. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing Non-Motor General Insurance sales channels and a strong understanding of various insurance products, including Cyber Insurance, Fire, Marine, and Group Medical Cover (GMC).

Expected Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategies to drive SME and corporate insurance sales.
Identify and establish new business channels to expand corporate client base.
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and key decision-makers.
Leverage industry connections to enhance business opportunities and partnerships.
Provide expert consultation on Cyber Insurance, Fire, Marine, and GMC products.
Collaborate with internal teams to design customized insurance solutions for clients.
Meet and exceed sales targets while ensuring client satisfaction.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes.

Expected Skills:

6-8 years of experience in Corporate/SME insurance sales.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing corporate channels.
In-depth knowledge of Cyber Insurance, along with Fire, Marine, Engineering and GMC products.
Strong network within the corporate insurance industry.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently and drive sales initiatives effectively.
