The Sponsorship Sales & Marketing Head will lead the entire brand acquisition, partnership strategy, and sponsorship revenue function for the COC Summit.This role is ideal for someone who understands brand communication, event positioning, influencer ecosystems, and high-ticket B2B sales.You will be responsible for creating, pitching, closing, and managing sponsorship deals across sectors—ensuring the event reaches its revenue goals while building long-term brand relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Sponsorship Strategy & Revenue
Develop and execute the complete sponsorship acquisition strategy for the summit.
Identify potential brand categories and high-value partnership opportunities.
Build a pipeline and consistently close deals to achieve (or exceed) revenue targets.
Create customised sponsorship packages tailored to brand objectives.
Brand Outreach & Pitching
Lead all brand communications, cold outreach, and presentation pitches.
Present sponsorship decks confidently to CXOs, CMOs, and marketing heads.
Negotiate commercial terms and maintain high conversion ratios.
Marketing & Positioning
Work closely with the creative and content team to refine the brand narrative of the COC Summit.
Drive campaigns that increase event visibility among target sponsor categories.
Ensure the event’s digital and offline marketing aligns with brand partnership goals.
Relationship Management
Maintain strong relationships with partners before, during, and after the summit.
Serve as the primary point of contact for all sponsors.
Ensure sponsor deliverables are met with excellence and clear communication.
Internal Collaboration & Documentation
Coordinate with operations, production, PR, and design teams for sponsor integrations. Maintain CRM, reports, and documentation for all sponsorship activities.
Provide weekly updates on progress, risks, and conversion forecasting.
