The Corporate Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth by acquiring and managing corporate and institutional clients. The role requires strong relationship management, strategic sales planning, and execution to expand market reach within the designated territory.
* Identify potential corporate and institutional clients through various lead generation strategies (cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital outreach).
* Research and analyze market trends to develop a strong pipeline of new business opportunities.
* Develop and implement strategic sales plans to target corporate clients, institutions, and bulk buyers for our products.
* Generate and qualify leads through market intelligence and business prospecting.
* Convert leads into long-term business relationships by understanding client needs and presenting tailored solutions.
* Maintain regular engagement with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
* Attend meetings and travel to client sites for product demonstrations, presentations, and discussions on potential business opportunities.
* Address customer queries, concerns, and feedback to build strong partnerships.

* Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and business agreements with corporate and institutional clients.
* Ensure timely closure of deals and proper documentation of contracts.
Market & Competitor Analysis:
* Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to stay ahead in the industry.
* Provide insights and recommendations for improving sales strategies and product offerings.
* Maintain an updated database of leads, prospects, and client interactions.
* Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to the management.
* Coordinate with internal teams such as product development, supply chain, and marketing to ensure smooth execution of orders.
* Bachelor's/Masters degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
* Proven 1- 4 years of experience in corporate sales, institutional sales, or B2B sales .
* Strong negotiation and communication skills.
* Ability to build and manage client relationships effectively.
* Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel within the territory.
