Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Build and nurture trusted partnerships with key accounts. Understand their evolving needs and act as their primary point of contact to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Develop customized account plans and strategies that align client needs with our offerings. Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities to increase revenue.
  • Drive business growth by consistently meeting or exceeding assigned sales targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and service.
  • Act as the bridge between clients and internal departmentscoordinating on design, pricing, delivery, and after-sales service to ensure commitments are fulfilled as promised.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, client behaviour, and competitor activity to proactively adjust strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Maintain accurate records of account activities in CRM systems. Provide regular reports and insights to the leadership team for review and planning.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Graduate (preferably in Engineering, Business, or related field); MBA is a plus.
  • 58 years of experience in key account management, corporate/B2B sales, or client servicing.
  • Proven success in managing large or strategic clients, preferably in a technical, solutions-based sales environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach.
  • Excellent in managing multiple stakeholders and timelines.
  • Tech-savvy with working knowledge of CRMs and MS Office.
  • Strong ability to manage and nurture client relationships
