Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Build and nurture trusted partnerships with key accounts. Understand their evolving needs and act as their primary point of contact to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Develop customized account plans and strategies that align client needs with our offerings. Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities to increase revenue.
Drive business growth by consistently meeting or exceeding assigned sales targets.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and service.
Act as the bridge between clients and internal departmentscoordinating on design, pricing, delivery, and after-sales service to ensure commitments are fulfilled as promised.
Stay informed about industry trends, client behaviour, and competitor activity to proactively adjust strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
Maintain accurate records of account activities in CRM systems. Provide regular reports and insights to the leadership team for review and planning.

Desired Qualifications:

Graduate (preferably in Engineering, Business, or related field); MBA is a plus.
58 years of experience in key account management, corporate/B2B sales, or client servicing.
Proven success in managing large or strategic clients, preferably in a technical, solutions-based sales environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach.
Excellent in managing multiple stakeholders and timelines.
Tech-savvy with working knowledge of CRMs and MS Office.
Strong ability to manage and nurture client relationships
