Role Description We are looking for a proactive Outreach expert to support our educational initiatives by maintaining and managing school-related databases and coordinating workshops efficiently Key Responsibilities: Maintain and update the database of schools regularly Gather and maintain profiles of Points of Contact (POCs) and decision-makers from schools Coordinate with trainers to ensure smooth scheduling and delivery of upcoming project's. Liaise with schools to confirm workshop details, logistics, and attendance Fix meetings with school founders or principals along with the sales team, Engage trainers through the trainer engagement programme to ensure their active participation and support. Update project reports on a daily basis to track progress and outcomes. Assist in communication between schools and trainers to address any queries of requirements Track and report on the progress of workshop coordination and school engagement Skills & Qualifications: Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to manage and update databases with accuracy. Strong interpersonal skills for lasing with schools and intemal teams Prosactive and detail-oriented with good time management.

About the Role: We are looking for a results-driven Education sales executive with a proven track record in engaging with school management, principals, and coordinators to promote and sell educational programs or courses. The ideal candidate will have strong existing relationships across schools and the ability to build new partnerships effectively. Key Responsibilities: Identify and connect with target schools to pitch our educational offerings. Leverage existing relationships with principals, school owners, and coordinators to drive partnerships. Conduct presentations, workshops, and demo sessions for school staff and decision-makers. Strategically close deals with schools and ensure onboarding and smooth execution of programs. Develop and maintain a database of school contacts and regularly update CRM tools. Coordinate with internal teams for content delivery, logistics, and support. Attend relevant school events, education fairs, and networking meets. Ensure targets are met within deadlines through effective outreach and follow-ups. Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 1 year of experience in school sales or educational partnerships. Strong network and connections in CBSE, ICSE, or state board schools. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Self-starter with the ability to work independently and drive results. Familiarity with educational products, digital platforms, or skill-based learning courses is a plus. Willingness to travel locally or regionally as per outreach needs. Preferred Background: Experience in EdTech, test prep, skilling programs, or school curriculum sales. Ex-teachers, coordinators, or placement officers with business acumen are welcome.
