About Us:

We are a dynamic and fast-growing real estate firm committed to providing high-quality property solutions in the residential and commercial sectors. As we expand our presence, we are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Tele Callers and Sales Executives to join our team.

Position 1: Tele Caller (Real Estate)

Key Responsibilities:

  • • Make outbound calls to potential clients from our in-house database and other leads.
  • • Promote property listings for rent and sale.
  • • Schedule appointments for the Sales Team.
  • • Maintain daily call records and follow-up reports.
  • • Build rapport and maintain relationships with clients.

Requirements:

  • • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • • Previous experience in telecalling, preferably in real estate, is a plus.
  • • Confident, persuasive, and self-motivated.
  • • Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools.

Position 2: Sales Executive (Real Estate)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle client meetings, property showings, and follow-ups.
  • • Understand client requirements and suggest suitable properties.
  • • Close deals for both rentals and sales.
  • • Develop a network of property owners, investors, and tenants.
  • • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth transaction closures.

Requirements:

  • • 6 months to 2 years of experience in real estate or similar sales field.
  • • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • • Ability to work independently and handle targets.
  • • Own vehicle preferred but not mandatory.
