About Us: We are a dynamic and fast-growing real estate firm committed to providing high-quality property solutions in the residential and commercial sectors. As we expand our presence, we are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Tele Callers and Sales Executives to join our team. Position 1: Tele Caller (Real Estate) Key Responsibilities: • Make outbound calls to potential clients from our in-house database and other leads. • Promote property listings for rent and sale. • Schedule appointments for the Sales Team. • Maintain daily call records and follow-up reports. • Build rapport and maintain relationships with clients. Requirements: • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Previous experience in telecalling, preferably in real estate, is a plus. • Confident, persuasive, and self-motivated. • Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools. Position 2: Sales Executive (Real Estate) Key Responsibilities: Handle client meetings, property showings, and follow-ups. • Understand client requirements and suggest suitable properties. • Close deals for both rentals and sales. • Develop a network of property owners, investors, and tenants. • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth transaction closures. Requirements: • 6 months to 2 years of experience in real estate or similar sales field. • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and handle targets. • Own vehicle preferred but not mandatory.
