Corporate Sales Executive

As a Corporate Sales Executive at SVS Constructions in Seethammadhara, Vishakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, you will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with potential clients, and closing sales. Your role will involve client interaction, site visits, and maintaining relationships with customers throughout their decision-making process. Your key responsibilities will include: - Generating leads and engaging with potential clients through field visits, calls, and references. - Presenting project details clearly and confidently to prospective customers. - Coordinating and conducting project site visits for clients. - Maintaining regular follow-ups and supporting clients through their decision-making process. - Maintaining accurate records of leads, interactions, and conversions. Ideal candidates for this position should: - Be graduates from any stream or have real estate-related education. - Have prior experience in real estate, banking, or insurance industries (preferred). - Preferably reside in Vishakhapatnam. - Possess strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills. - Have a data-driven mindset with experience using KPIs to enhance performance. This is a full-time office job with a day shift schedule (6 days a week) located in Seethammadhara, Vishakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh. Both fresher and experienced candidates can apply with a good knowledge of English. The salary ranges from 2.5 LPA to 4 LPA, depending on the interview assessment.
