📢 We’re Hiring: Reactive Sales Executive – Gurgaon (Delhi NCR) 📍 Location: Gurgaon, Delhi NCR 💰 Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 (Based on Interview Performance) 🕘 Shift: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM 📅 Working Days: 6 Days a Week (1 Rotational Off) 📆 Joining: Immediate or within 15 days 👥 Eligibility: Male / Female | Age up to 27 years 🎯 About the Role We are looking for a proactive and energetic Reactive Sales Executive to handle inbound leads for birthday parties, corporate bookings, walk-ins, and referral sales. You will be the first point of contact for guests, responsible for revenue generation through quick responses, tailored packages, and smooth coordination with internal teams. 🛠️ Key Responsibilities Respond promptly to inbound calls, website inquiries, social media messages & walk-ins Convert leads into confirmed bookings (parties/events/corporate) Maintain daily lead logs, CRM entries, and follow-ups Upsell packages, F&B services, and gaming add-ons Coordinate with banquet, restaurant, billing & gaming teams for seamless operations Share daily & weekly sales reports with booking pipeline updates Ensure 90%+ guest satisfaction with zero miscommunication 🎯 Target-Driven Goals Fast response to every lead Achieve & exceed monthly sales targets Consistently upsell products & services Deliver exceptional guest experience ✅ Who Should Apply Freshers with excellent English communication skills OR 6–12 months of telesales / hospitality / events / QSR sales experience Strong negotiation, coordination & guest-handling skills Comfortable with weekends, holidays & rotational shifts Organized, target-oriented & familiar with basic CRM / MS Excel 📩 Interested?
