Job Title: Corporate Sales Executive – Hotel Industry Location: Sea Palace Group of Hotels , Kollam Job Type: Full-time About Us Sea Palace Group of Hotels is a leading hospitality Group in Kollam, known for its exceptional guest experiences, premium facilities, and personalized service. We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our team. The primary responsibility will be to generate business through sales calls, client visits, and building strong relationships with corporate clients and travel agents. Key Responsibilities Make regular sales calls and client visits to corporate guests, travel agents, and business partners. Develop long-term relationships with clients to generate repeat and referral business. Promote hotel rooms, banquets, and F&B services to potential and existing clients. Identify new business opportunities and support revenue growth. Maintain an updated database of clients and ensure timely follow-ups. Coordinate with internal departments (Front Office, Reservations, Banquets) to ensure client satisfaction. Qualifications & Skills Graduate in Hospitality, Business administration, or related field (preferred). 1–3 years of experience in sales/guest relations (hotel industry experience is an advantage). Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Self-motivated, outgoing, and target-oriented. Willingness to travel locally for client meetings. Benefits Competitive salary + incentives.
