📢 We're Hiring: Sponsorship & Alliance Manager – Media Ad Sales 📍 Location: Gurgaon 💰 Salary: ₹80,000 – ₹90,000 (Net Take Home) 📅 Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Sunday Off) 🕘 Shift Timing: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM or 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM 📆 Joining: Immediate or within 15 days 🎯 About the Role We are looking for a passionate and driven Sponsorship & Alliance Manager to join our growing media ad sales team. This role is ideal for someone with strong ad sales experience who understands concept selling and is confident in building brand partnerships across various media formats. You will be responsible for selling advertising solutions including DOOH, OOH, in-game branding, activations, and event sponsorships. If you come from a print, radio, digital, or event sales background and love creating custom brand solutions — we want to hear from you! 🔑 Key Responsibilities Identify and reach out to potential brands and agencies through cold calls, referrals, events, and industry networks Pitch tailored media solutions to meet brand campaign objectives Sell advertising assets such as DOOH, in-game placements, on-ground activations, and event sponsorships Close deals by managing the full sales cycle — from pitching to negotiation and conversion Maintain sales documentation, proposals, and CRM records Monitor live campaigns to ensure timely execution and client satisfaction Research market trends and competitors to stay ahead Develop creative brand integration ideas and sponsorship opportunities Build and manage long-term relationships with clients and partners Attend client meetings and industry events as required ✅ What We’re Looking For 5–10 years of experience in media ad sales (print, radio, digital, OOH, or event sales) Strong experience in concept selling and solution-based sales Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Proven track record of working with brands and agencies on sponsorships and advertising Proficient in PowerPoint for creating sales decks and proposals Highly motivated, target-oriented, and a self-starter Willing to travel for meetings and attend events beyond regular hours, when required 📩 Interested?
