The Corporate Sales - Employee Benefit Practice Role aims to drive business growth within the Employee Benefit practice segment by actively engaging with corporate clients. Your main responsibilities include understanding the risk profiles of corporate clients and providing insurance solutions that align with their business objectives. Building strong client relationships, meeting sales targets, and ensuring client satisfaction are key aspects of this role. In terms of client relationship management, you will be required to establish and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients. This involves understanding their insurance needs and offering tailored solutions. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring timely responses to inquiries and concerns. To achieve sales targets, you will need to set ambitious goals, identify new business opportunities, and upsell to existing corporate clients. Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet business objectives will be essential for success in this role. Market analysis and prospecting are crucial components of the role. You will conduct market research to identify potential corporate clients and stay informed about market trends in the insurance industry. Prospecting new clients, analyzing their risk profiles, and creating compelling insurance proposals tailored to their needs will be part of your responsibilities. When it comes to policy presentation and negotiation, you will deliver persuasive presentations to clients, explaining insurance solutions and negotiating policy terms and conditions to secure deals. Collaboration with underwriters and insurers to negotiate favorable terms on behalf of clients will also be necessary. Ensuring accurate and complete documentation of policies, contracts, and client information in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements is vital. You must adhere to all legal and compliance standards while handling client transactions and business operations. In terms of personal qualifications, a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, insurance, finance, or a related field is preferred. Prior experience in corporate sales for Employee Benefits practice, business development, or a similar role within the insurance industry is advantageous. Relevant certifications in sales, business development, or insurance broking are beneficial.
