Corporate Relationship Manager

To lead government and external stakeholder relations for TVS Emerald, ensuring all regulatory, statutory, and project-related liaisoning activities are effectively managed to support real estate operations and business growth.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end government liaisoning for project approvals, licenses and clearances.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key government departments and local authorities.
• Represent the organization in official meetings and forums.
• Handle all regulatory compliance requirements for ongoing and new projects.
• Collaborate with legal, projects and finance teams for timely documentation. Bench mark and adopt best practices from reputed real estate companies.

Job Requirements:

• Education:

  Graduate/ Postgraduate in any discipline.

• Experience:

  10-15 years in Government Relations & Liaisoning (Real Estate Sector)
