Corporate Relationship Manager

Responsible for building and maintaining long-term relationships with IT and Non-IT companies to create hiring partnerships and collect job openings for our internship-trained students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Connect with companies across Kerala and major cities to establish hiring partnerships.

• Conduct direct visits, meetings, and follow-ups with HR and management.

• Collect and update all job and internship requirements.

• Coordinate with placement and technical teams to match candidates.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly placement targets.

• Prepare and submit client activity and performance reports.

Requirements:

• Graduate or Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or HR.

• 3–4 years of experience in client relations, corporate tie-ups, or business development.

• Fluent in English with strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Willing to travel frequently.

• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
