Job Description

You will be serving as a communication partner to medical professionals and their teams. Your role will involve ensuring efficient execution of demand generation programs to increase the corporate client base. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building the right working relationships with clients. Your creative lateral thinking abilities will be utilized for creating new markets. You will be devising new and original strategies and techniques necessary for achieving the targets. Designing work flow, vision, and target audience for the corporate vertical will be part of your responsibilities. Meeting the doctors and developing relationships with them will be crucial. You will also have to visit designated hospitals/ doctors and give presentations on our range of services. Regular attendance at organization meetings, service launches, and briefings is expected. You will be responsible for strategic tie-ups and alliances with brands critical to growth. Understanding client requirements and project specifications will be key. Communication of all updates on the portal with the concerned on-board doctors is also part of the role. A great understanding of systems and processes to be followed in a healthcare facility is required. Maintaining quality service by establishing and enforcing organizational standards will be essential. Creating presentations (PPT and other programs) of the organization and its service offerings will also fall under your responsibilities. Additionally, preparation, review, and recommendations for process optimization reports will be expected. Qualifications: - Bachelor in Science Education (B.S.E) - B.COM - Graduate from any stream Candidate with experience in corporate communication and business development from the Information Technology sector are highly preferred.
