About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and relationship-driven Corporate Relationship Associate who will be responsible for building and managing strategic partnerships with corporates, colleges, universities, and institutions. The role primarily involves initiating, negotiating, and managing MoUs to support training, internships, placements, and collaborative programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and connect with corporates, colleges, and educational institutions for partnerships
• Initiate, draft, negotiate, and close Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs)
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with HRs, placement officers, and institutional heads
• Coordinate with internal teams for execution of MoUs and partnership deliverables
• Maintain records and documentation related to partnerships and agreements
• Represent Harvinn Technologies in meetings, events, and partnership discussions
• Track partnership performance and ensure mutually beneficial outcomes

Skills & Requirements

• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
• Ability to handle corporate and academic stakeholders professionally
• Basic understanding of MoUs, partnerships, and business collaboration models
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable with follow-ups
• MBA / Business Development / Marketing / HR background preferred (freshers can apply)
