Key Responsibilities: Identify, onboard, and manage tractor dealers in assigned rural and semi-urban regions. Drive business growth through effective dealer engagement and channel sales strategies. Monitor dealer performance and provide support to maximize sales outcomes. Collaborate with OEMs and internal teams for seamless operations. Conduct field visits and market mapping for lead generation and territory expansion. Ensure high customer satisfaction through post-sales coordination. Requirements: 1–3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in tractor/automobile/two-wheeler segments. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Local language proficiency and familiarity with rural markets. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

What We’re Looking For 5–7 yrs Product Management (2–3 in tech-first/aggregator businesses). Strong in CRM, SaaS, APIs & workflow automation . Experience with hyperlocal/gig-economy models ( Uber, Swiggy, Urban Company, etc.). Ability to design simple, intuitive partner-facing products.
