As a Corporate Relations Executive at Biotecnika located in HSR Layout, you will be an integral part of the Corporate Relations & Business Development department. Biotecnika is a renowned name in biosciences and life sciences education and career domain, dedicated to providing advanced training, courses, and career opportunities to students, professionals, and institutions. With a focus on innovation and impact, we are currently expanding our corporate outreach and seeking a proactive Business Development Executive to contribute to our growth journey. Your primary responsibilities will include identifying and generating leads through market research, cold calling, and networking with potential B2B partners, academic institutions, and biotech companies. Building and nurturing strong relationships with clients, corporate partners, and key stakeholders will be crucial. You will be expected to effectively pitch Biotecnika's services such as training, research collaborations, and hiring solutions to relevant institutions and industry partners. Collaboration with internal teams like marketing, training, and sales will be essential to tailor proposals and solutions according to client requirements. Additionally, representing Biotecnika at industry events, webinars, and conferences to expand the corporate network will be part of your role. Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and follow-ups using CRM tools is also a key aspect of the position. Meeting monthly and quarterly business development targets will be a priority. To qualify for this role, you should hold an MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Sales, or Business Development. A minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, B2B sales, or client engagement is required. However, freshers with strong communication and networking skills are also encouraged to apply. You must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong negotiation and presentation abilities, and be self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is essential for this position.
