Key Responsibilities : 1) Identify and generate leads through market research, cold calling, and networking with potential B2B partners, academic institutions, and biotech companies. 2)Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, corporate partners, and key stakeholders. 3)Pitch Biotecnikas services (training, research collaborations, hiring solutions, etc.) to relevant institutions and industry partners. 4)Work closely with internal teams (marketing, training, sales) to customize proposals and solutions based on client needs. 5)Participate in industry events, webinars, and conferences to represent Biotecnika and expand its corporate network. 6)Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-ups using CRM tools. 7)Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets. Educational Qualifications: MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Sales, or Business Development Other Requirements: 1)0-3 years of experience in business development, B2B sales, or client engagement. 2)Freshers with strong communication and networking skills are also encouraged to apply. 3)Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 4)Strong negotiation and presentation abilities. 5)Self-driven, target-oriented, and eager to work in a fast-paced environment. 6)Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
