Job Title: Corporate Recruiter US Staffing
Location: Hitech City/Hyderabad. Experience: 3-6 Years Shift Timing: 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM ( IST) Job Type: Full-time We are a high-growth US staffing firm with strong verticals in IT and Healthcare, and a rapidly expanding team across recruitment, sales, and delivery. We are looking to hire an experienced and proactive Corporate Recruiter to help us build top-performing internal teams across multiple functions. Role Overview As a Corporate Recruiter, you will be responsible for hiring high-quality internal talent across US staffing verticals, including recruitment, sales, and delivery teams. You will play a crucial role in sourcing, screening, evaluating, and onboarding candidates who will drive the growth and success of our business. Roles You Will Hire For-•US IT Recruiters •US Healthcare Recruiters (Clinical & Non-Clinical) •Bench Sales Recruiters •OPT Recruiters •Account Managers (US Staffing)•Business Development Managers (BDMs) •Delivery Managers.Key Responsibilities:-•Partner with leadership and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and role priorities. •Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through various channels: Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster, Indeed, social media, and referrals. Conduct HR rounds, assess candidate fit (technical and cultural), and coordinate interview panels. •Create job postings and candidate pipelines across functional areas and shifts. •Negotiate salary, shift preferences, and joining timelines with candidates.•Ensure smooth onboarding of selected candidates and timely hand-off to HR/Operations.•Maintain up-to-date records on ATS, recruitment trackers, and hiring dashboards. •Track market trends and competitor hiring to stay proactive in sourcing strategies. Required Skills & Experience:-• 36 years of experience in corporate/internal recruitment within the US staffing industry.•Strong experience hiring for US IT and Healthcare recruitment roles, as well as sales/delivery functions. •Knowledge of US work authorizations (H1B, GC, USC, TN), tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099), and VMS/MSP environments. •Experience in recruiting candidates for both day and night shifts. •Proficiency in using sourcing tools, job boards, ATS platforms, and CRM systems. •Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. •Ability to handle multiple open positions and meet tight deadlines.
