Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Corporate Real Estate Transaction professional. The role involves identifying, negotiating, and finalizing real estate transactions for clients in the corporate sector. Responsibilities include analyzing property data, understanding client needs, managing relationships with property owners, and providing advisory services. This position will require continuous interaction with clients and stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.


What Would the Work Entail:


  • Demonstrate strong business development activities through networking, industry seminars and other sources.
  • Reach out & follow up with the fastest-growing corporate companies and secure business.
  • Proactively engage with key decision makers of potential clients to understand and analyze the possible commercial office space requirement.
  • Should be able to assess client requirements and serve promptly to maximize closure opportunities.
  • Build and maintain excellent relationships.
  • Pool details of the property concerning coordinates and details of land/property owner and conduct site inspections.
  • Assess client requirements, initiate & maintain client interactions, provide inputs on pricing, and participate in proposal discussions.
  • Ensuring optimum client service delivery and engagement - calls, meetings, site visits, presentations, follow-up, and accurate & timely submission of company proposals to prospective clientele and overall governance during the execution phase.
  • Negotiations: should be able to get the deal closure by negotiating fair terms between buyer and seller
  • Documentation: Understand the deal and get actively involved in the due diligence process and documentation thereafter
