Role Overview: At Address Advisors, we specialize in real estate solutions across commercial, industrial, residential, and shared spaces. Our experienced team is dedicated to identifying the ideal properties that align with our clients' unique needs, whether owned, rented, or shared. We cover a diverse portfolio, including everything from homes and offices to industrial zones and hospitality spaces. As your trusted real estate partner, we are committed to delivering tailored and seamless solutions that cater to your exact requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Demonstrate strong business development activities through networking, industry seminars, and other sources. - Reach out & follow up with the fastest-growing corporate companies and secure business. - Proactively engage with key decision-makers of potential clients to understand and analyze the possible commercial office space requirement. - Assess client requirements and serve promptly to maximize closure opportunities. - Build and maintain excellent relationships. - Pool details of the property concerning coordinates and details of land/property owner and conduct site inspections. - Initiate & maintain client interactions, provide inputs on pricing, and participate in proposal discussions. - Ensure optimum client service delivery and engagement - calls, meetings, site visits, presentations, follow-up, and accurate & timely submission of company proposals to prospective clientele and overall governance during the execution phase. - Negotiate fair terms between buyer and seller to get the deal closure. - Understand the deal and actively involve in the due diligence process and documentation thereafter. Qualifications Required: - Self-Starter, resourceful, confident, well-organized, highly dependable, efficient, and detail-oriented. - Passion, integrity, critical thinking / analytical skills, agility/flexibility, a continuous learning mindset. - Excellent organization skills, ability to independently prioritize multiple tasks and work to deadlines. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills enabling the development of good relationships with both clients and colleagues. - Proficient in MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint).
