Job Description

As a CRE Programme Manager at Flutter Entertainment, you will be part of the Corporate Real Estate (CRE) team responsible for managing a property estate across 37 countries and 67 locations globally. Your role involves developing and managing CRE programs and objectives, aligning them with the organization's strategic direction and long-term goals. You will collaborate with various teams within CRE to ensure efficient execution of projects and effective reporting on project status to senior leaders. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and implement strategic plans for CRE management programs in alignment with overall business objectives. - Organize programs and activities to meet the mission and goals of the organization and CRE/Workspace Teams. - Ensure efficient execution of CRE projects within budget constraints. - Report on CRE project status to senior CRE leaders and external stakeholders. - Identify, analyze, report, and mitigate risks associated with CRE projects. - Manage CRE Programme Reporting tool and project data collation. - Collaborate with stakeholders to define program scope and plans for strategic initiatives. - Produce accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its life cycle. - Foster an organizational culture that embraces change. - Issue monthly program reports internally to CRE and Divisional Excos. **Key Leadership Attributes:** - Building support with stakeholders to draw their backing towards Group CRE strategy. - Collaborating effectively with stakeholders on shared goals. - Adapting approaches to achieve successful outcomes and managing change. - Acting impartially and fairly in all situations. - Demonstrating a good understanding of Group and Group CRE strategic objectives. **Qualifications Required to Excel in this Role:** - Operational CRE experience and CRE Project Management experience. - Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management. - Data analytics proficiency to track real estate performance and identify areas for improvement. - Demonstrable experience in managing global change programs. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Relationship management skills and ability to work under pressure and on own initiative. - Excellent organizational skills and financial acumen. - Strong analytical skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
