Job Title Corporate Mobility Senior Analyst, 10 (Senior Analyst) + CS&S Management Level :10, Senior Analyst Location:Bangalore/ Gurgaon/Hyderabad/Chennai Must have skills: Immigration Good to have skills: Knowledge of immigration and travel industry practices, including airlines, hotels, car rentals, and travel booking systems, would be an added advantage. Job Summary : Mobility is responsible for the day- to-day service delivery of Mobility services in connection with assigned population of personnel traveling to various countries. Working as part of the Mobility team, the role demands that he/she will be required to collect complete documentation from assignees and handle any Mobility queries. Roles & Responsibilities: Hold in depth understanding of immigration requirements for a particular market or country, creating a holistic and seamless immigration experience for the traveler. Manage all immigration specific tasks e.g., visa type assessment & determination, visa processing (either in house or through vendor), instructions provision, etc. Working closely with legal experts, HR, payroll, finance, and other stakeholders to resolve issues, ensure timely progression of cases. Perform initial review of travel plan and trigger required workflows. Serving as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing queries, providing guidance, and maintaining regular updates throughout the immigration journey. Responsible for customer support during E2E customer journey Liaise directly with vendors to progress visa applications and other immigration related requirements. Process work visas collecting complete documents for processing invite letter / work permits. Respond with complete solution to queries on visas (if needs with help of Specialists) within SLA. Coach and guide the team members who are at Level 13, Level 12 and Level 11 Work with Travel/Visa agents to ensure timely submission and collection of applications and passport. Monitor the Team SLA and performance. Drive Metrics and performance scorecard Communicate change of traveler circumstances to other stakeholders as required Work with projects as assigned by Leads to provide upfront guidance in advisory stage (using Mobility tools & connecting with other stakeholders). Professional & Technical Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to correspond effectively in a business setting. Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset. Proficient in using relevant software and tools for case management, data analysis and documentation. Additional Information: - The ideal candidate should have worked with Corporates in the Field of Immigration and looking for a career in this field. Qualifications Experience: Minimum of 08-10 of experience in handling visas, immigration compliance, and related processes Educational Qualification:A University degree
