Job Description

Assist in developing and coordinating corporate campaigns, messaging, and leadership communications.
Support brand alignment across internal and external materials.
Draft, edit, and update content for the corporate website, ensuring accuracy and tone consistency.
Provide logistical and research support for analyst briefings, inquiries, and report tracking.
Maintain databases, coordinate materials, and monitor analyst mentions and insights.
Assist in media monitoring, track coverage, and prepare reports.
Contribute to high-visibility projects across marketing, communications, and executive engagement, researching, coordinating deliverables, and supporting event or announcement planning.
Offer administrative assistance to the Head of AR, Media & Corporate Marketing, managing calendars, coordinating meetings, preparing briefing documents, and supporting budget tracking and vendor coordination.
