Corporate Marketing Associate

Role Overview: As a Corporate Marketing Associate at Hitachi Digital Services, you will be an integral part of the global marketing team, supporting corporate communications, analyst relations, media engagement, and digital initiatives. Your role will involve collaborating with senior leaders and teams worldwide to enhance corporate visibility and thought leadership. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in developing and coordinating corporate campaigns, messaging, and leadership communications. - Support brand alignment across internal and external materials. - Draft, edit, and update content for the corporate website, ensuring accuracy and tone consistency. - Provide logistical and research support for analyst briefings, inquiries, and report tracking. - Assist in media monitoring, tracking coverage, and preparing reports. - Contribute to high-visibility projects across marketing, communications, and executive engagement. - Provide administrative assistance to the Head of AR, Media & Corporate Marketing. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. - 3-5 years of experience in corporate marketing, communications, or analyst/media relations (IT services experience preferred). - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. - Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM, CMS, or media monitoring tools a plus.
