As a Marketing Manager at Swastik Productions, you will play a crucial role in leading branding initiatives, enhancing our digital presence, and managing external communications. Swastik Productions, established in 2007, is a renowned content creation and production company known for its exceptional television shows, feature films, and culturally resonant content. With a strong foothold in the Media and Entertainment industry, particularly in showcasing Indian mythology, we have earned a prominent reputation and a vast audience base globally. Your primary responsibilities will include developing and executing marketing campaigns to bolster the Swastik Productions brand through industry events, social media, and partnerships. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to create promotional content, presentations, and branding materials. Additionally, you will oversee the management and regular updates of the Swastik website, ensuring it reflects the latest content, news, and project updates. Monitoring website performance metrics and suggesting optimizations will also be part of your key responsibilities. In terms of PR coordination and media engagement, you will work with external agencies on press releases, media outreach, and coverage tracking. Crafting and reviewing press materials while maintaining brand tone and positioning will be essential. Moreover, you will facilitate interviews, feature stories, and media interactions with company leadership and artists. As the primary contact for external queries related to Bhoomi Studio, you will coordinate bookings, studio visits, and new project executions in collaboration with the commercial and Bhoomi teams. To excel in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field along with at least 5 years of experience in marketing or branding, preferably within the entertainment or media industry. Strong written and verbal communication skills are crucial, along with a basic understanding of SEO. Demonstrated expertise in implementing "Below The Line" marketing strategies focusing on personalized interactions with specific target audiences will be highly valued.
