🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to identify and resolve key business issues
• Drive P&L and cash flow budgeting & forecasting
• Manage mid-term financial planning and variance analysis
• Monitor merchandise budgets and inventory flow
• Collaborate with stakeholders to support sustainable business growth

👤 Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree (CA preferred)

• 7–12 years of relevant experience in Financial Planning, FP&A, or Internal Controls

• Mandatory background in the retail/fashion/apparel industry

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong proficiency in Excel and ERP/SAP
• Fluent in English and local language
