Corporate Human Resource Manager

Key Responsibilities: Strategic HR Partnership: Act as a strategic partner to business and plant leadership on HR matters. Support the implementation of corporate HR strategies across manufacturing locations. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning: Coordinate with plant HR teams for manpower planning and recruitment of key roles. Support campus hiring, internal movements, and succession planning initiatives. Employee Relations & Engagement: Monitor employee engagement programs across sites and recommend improvements. Assist in handling employee grievances and disciplinary matters in coordination with plant HR and legal teams. HR Policy & Compliance: Ensure consistent implementation of corporate HR policies across all units. Stay updated on labor laws and industry regulations and ensure corporate compliance standards are met. Learning & Development: Identify training needs in coordination with functional heads and plant HR. Assist in designing and deploying corporate L&D programs. Performance Management: Support the end-to-end performance management process including goal setting, mid-year reviews, and annual appraisals. Ensure process adherence and provide guidance to line managers and plant HR. HR Operations & Systems: Manage centralized HR data, reports, and dashboards. Collaborate with IT/HR tech teams to ensure effective HRIS implementation and usage. Qualifications & Skills: MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent. 610 years of relevant HR experience, with at least 3+ years in a manufacturing setup. Strong understanding of industrial relations, statutory compliance, and labor laws. Experience working with multi-location teams or units. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills with a problem-solving mindset.
