About TT Ltd.

TT Ltd. is a reputed government company engaged in Garment Industry. To strengthen our business and client relations, we are expanding into corporate gifting solutions including customized caps, T-shirts, and other promotional merchandise. We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Corporate Gifting Sales Manager to lead and grow this vertical.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies for corporate gifting products (caps, T-shirts, merchandise, etc.).
  • Identify and acquire new corporate clients, government departments, and institutional buyers.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to generate repeat business.
  • Collaborate with production/design teams for customization requirements.
  • Conduct market research to identify new trends, competitors, and pricing strategies.
  • Prepare and deliver client presentations, proposals, and quotations.
  • Manage end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as defined by the management.
  • Coordinate with vendors, printing units, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery.
  • Represent the company at corporate events, exhibitions, and trade fairs.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 4–8 years of experience in corporate gifting, institutional sales, or B2B sales.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and business growth.
  • Strong network with corporate clients, PSUs, and government departments (preferred).
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
