About the Role: We are expanding our exclusive brand outlets “TT Bazaar” (similar to Jockey single-brand stores). We need a Franchisee Stores Manager who can strategize, identify, and onboard franchise partners, and ensure successful store openings across regions. Key Responsibilities: Identify and onboard potential franchise partners. Handle the complete process of store opening (location scouting, agreements, infrastructure, stock allocation, launch). Monitor franchisee profitability and sales performance. Ensure standard retail SOPs and brand guidelines are followed across all outlets. Act as the bridge between company and franchise partners. Qualifications & Requirements: Graduate with 5–10 years’ experience in Franchise Development/Channel Management. The role requires a strong understanding of consumer preferences, product innovation, and competitor benchmarking. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end product lifecycle of athleisure apparel and ladies lingerie collections catering to mid-segment consumers Develop collections aligned with market demand and seasonal trends. Collaborate with design, sourcing, and production teams to ensure timely product launches. Conduct competitor analysis and pricing strategy. Track product performance and drive SKU-level growth. To strengthen our business and client relations, we are expanding into corporate gifting solutions including customized caps, T-shirts, and other promotional merchandise. We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Corporate Gifting Sales Manager to lead and grow this vertical. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement sales strategies for corporate gifting products (caps, T-shirts, merchandise, etc.). Identify and acquire new corporate clients, government departments, and institutional buyers. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to generate repeat business. Collaborate with production/design teams for customization requirements. Conduct market research to identify new trends, competitors, and pricing strategies. Prepare and deliver client presentations, proposals, and quotations. Manage end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as defined by the management. Coordinate with vendors, printing units, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery.
