Product Manager - Athleisure & Ladies Lingerie

About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic Product Manager for our Athleisure product line & medium-range ladies lingerie line (similar to brands like Shiv Naresh and other leading performance-wear companies). The candidate will oversee product planning, innovation, and competitive analysis while ensuring consumer suitability. The role requires a strong understanding of consumer preferences, product innovation, and competitor benchmarking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end product lifecycle of athleisure apparel and ladies lingerie collections catering to mid-segment consumers
• Develop collections aligned with market demand and seasonal trends.
• Collaborate with design, sourcing, and production teams to ensure timely product launches.
• Conduct competitor analysis and pricing strategy.
• Track product performance and drive SKU-level growth.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Textile/Clothing Technology or Fashion Management.
• 3–6 years of lingerie or intimate apparel product management/merchandising experience.
• 4–7 years of product development/merchandising experience in athleisure, sportswear, or fashion apparel
• Good understanding of consumer behavior in lingerie/innerwear categories.
• Strong product sensibility, quality focus, and vendor management skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
