About TT Ltd. TT Ltd. is a reputed government company engaged in Garment Industry. To strengthen our business and client relations, we are expanding into corporate gifting solutions including customized caps, T-shirts, and other promotional merchandise. We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Corporate Gifting Sales Manager to lead and grow this vertical. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement sales strategies for corporate gifting products (caps, T-shirts, merchandise, etc.). Identify and acquire new corporate clients, government departments, and institutional buyers. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to generate repeat business. Collaborate with production/design teams for customization requirements. Conduct market research to identify new trends, competitors, and pricing strategies. Prepare and deliver client presentations, proposals, and quotations. Manage end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as defined by the management. Coordinate with vendors, printing units, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery. Represent the company at corporate events, exhibitions, and trade fairs. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. 4–8 years of experience in corporate gifting, institutional sales, or B2B sales. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and business growth. Strong network with corporate clients, PSUs, and government departments (preferred). Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills. Ability to handle multiple accounts and projects simultaneously. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. The Business Development Manager is responsible for designing and executing strategies to bring students from polytechnic and engineering colleges into the MNIT-MG Nurture Program. This is a field-focused, target-driven role requiring strong networking, persuasion, and partnership-building skills. Key Responsibilities Student Acquisition: Develop and execute outreach strategies to recruit students from polytechnic and engineering institutions for MNIT-MG programs. New Market Development: Identify new colleges, regions, and student segments for expansion of recruitment activity. Relationship Management: Build and manage partnerships with college managers, placement officers, faculty, and other key decision-makers to create opportunities for student engagement. Lead Generation: Proactively source and follow up with student leads from field visits, fairs, online channels, and referrals. Data Reporting: Track outreach activities, enrollments, and KPIs; report progress to senior management. Required Skills & Experience Education: Bachelor’s degree (preferably in engineering/technology, business, or related field). Experience: 3-5 years in student recruitment, business development, or academic outreach—preferably in higher education or technical training sectors. Networking: Demonstrated success working with college/university stakeholders and influencing student decisions. Communication: Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills; ability to connect with diverse student and stakeholder audiences.
