As a Corporate Gifting Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and fostering long-term relationships with corporate clients. Your experience in B2B sales, corporate gifting, and account management will be essential in generating leads, closing deals, and overseeing end-to-end sales operations. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and cultivate new business opportunities in corporate gifting, targeting corporates, startups, and enterprises. - Establish and nurture strong relationships with HR heads, procurement managers, and key decision-makers. - Promote a variety of corporate gifting solutions, such as customized gifts, premium hampers, and branded merchandise. - Tailor personalized gifting solutions to meet client needs while aligning with their budget and branding requirements. - Drive revenue growth by achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets. - Collaborate with vendors, designers, and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment. - Keep abreast of market trends and competitor strategies within the corporate gifting sector. - Develop and deliver compelling sales pitches, proposals, and presentations. - Manage negotiations, pricing strategies, and contract closures effectively. - Maintain accurate sales activity records utilizing CRM tools. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. - 6+ years of experience in B2B sales, corporate gifting, or a related field. - Strong network and connections with corporate clients. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities. - Capability to handle high-value corporate deals and bulk orders. - Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and sales analytics. - Self-driven, target-oriented, and adept at working in a fast-paced environment. You will be required to work full-time during day shifts in Gurugram, Haryana. A Bachelor's degree is mandatory for this role. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 6 years of experience in Corporate Gifting and Business development. The work location is in person.
