Job Description

The Corporate Gifting Manager role involves spearheading the corporate gifting sales strategy and fostering strong B2B partnerships. Your primary focus will be on achieving revenue targets, refining product positioning, and bolstering brand presence within the premium gifting sector. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing and implementing strategic sales plans for the corporate gifting segment. - Identifying opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and acquiring new corporate accounts. - Exceeding revenue targets through proactive sales initiatives. - Establishing and nurturing solid relationships with corporate clients and institutional partners. - Acting as the main contact for all corporate gifting accounts. - Negotiating contracts and managing key account portfolios to drive long-term growth. - Monitoring market trends and competitor activities to uncover growth prospects. - Collaborating with marketing and product teams to customize offerings and introduce new products. - Analyzing sales data and key performance metrics to steer strategic decisions. - Generating regular performance reports and forecasts. - Adjusting strategies based on data-driven insights and market feedback. - Coordinating with internal teams such as marketing, supply chain, and finance. - Ensuring smooth execution of promotional campaigns and timely product delivery. - Supporting long-term strategic planning for the corporate gifting segment. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for this role include: - Meeting revenue targets. - Expanding new corporate accounts and enhancing client retention. - Successful product launches and promotional initiatives. - Boosting brand visibility and market share. - Delivering accurate and timely sales reports. To qualify for this position, you should have: - A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). - At least 5 years of experience in institutional or corporate gifting sales. - A proven track record in B2B sales and key account management. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Proficiency in MS Office, data analysis tools, and CRM software. - Previous experience in the luxury personal care or gifting industry is advantageous.,
