Corporate Gifting Business Head

You will be joining a fast-growing Indian accessories brand, Chokore, known for its elegance, innovation, and heritage. The brand offers a wide range of products such as pocket squares, ties, sunglasses, hats, and perfumes, all tailored for modern India. At Chokore, the focus is on creating not just products but also moments of identity, confidence, and culture. As the Corporate Gifting Business Head, your role will involve leading and expanding Chokore's B2B Gifting Division. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing the B2B gifting sales strategy, acquiring new clients, managing end-to-end sales processes, creating custom gifting solutions, nurturing client relationships, and staying updated on market trends. Key Responsibilities: - Lead Sales Strategy: Develop and implement a sales plan for B2B gifting in line with brand positioning and revenue targets. - Client Acquisition: Identify and engage with corporates, agencies, HR & procurement heads to explore corporate gifting opportunities. - End-to-End Sales Ownership: Handle the entire sales process from pitching to negotiation to closing deals with a consultative approach. - Custom Gifting Solutions: Work closely with internal teams to design personalized gifting options for different occasions. - Relationship Management: Cultivate long-term relationships with key accounts to drive repeat business and referrals. - Market Insights: Keep abreast of corporate gifting trends, procurement cycles, and competitor strategies. Required Skills & Experience: - 5+ years of experience in corporate gifting sales or institutional sales. - Demonstrated success in securing large-volume gifting deals with corporates or agencies. - Extensive network of corporate decision-makers across various departments. - Strong pitching, negotiation, and presentation abilities. - Background in fashion accessories or premium lifestyle brands is a plus. - Entrepreneurial mindset with the capacity to work autonomously. Qualifications: - Bachelor's or Master's degree. - Previous experience in gifting companies, merchandising agencies, or high-end fashion/lifestyle brands.
