Position Offline Sales Executive Retail Location: Mumbai Industry: Premium Handkerchiefs & Allied Products Employment Type: Full-time Role Summary Responsible for driving offline sales of premium handkerchiefs through exhibitions, pop-ups, trade fairs, and institutional/bulk sales channels. The role involves developing and managing retail and distribution partnerships, ensuring strong product visibility, and achieving sales targets in Mumbai and other key markets. Key Responsibilities Sales & Events Manage in-person sales at exhibitions, pop-ups, trade fairs, and community events. Present products professionally to walk-in customers and bulk buyers to maximize conversions. Gather customer and market feedback for the design, packaging, and marketing teams. Retail & Distribution Partner Management Identify, onboard, and maintain relationships with retail partners, boutiques, and offline distributors. Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and promotional activities with partners. Ensure timely delivery of orders and sample kits by coordinating with production and dispatch teams. Market Development Conduct regular visits to partner outlets to assess product placement and brand visibility. Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify new sales opportunities. Travel Scope Willingness to travel frequently within Mumbai and to other cities for exhibitions, pop-ups, or partner visits. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field (preferred). 24 years experience in premium/luxury retail, lifestyle products, or textiles. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Familiarity with Mumbai retail and distribution markets. Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi preferred. Key Skills & Competencies Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets. Excellent presentation and customer engagement skills. Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven. Ability to work independently while coordinating with cross-functional teams. Compensation Salary: Up to ?25,000 per month Incentives: Attractive performance-based structure

The goal is to remove the friction Indian brands face when trying to sell abroad. We handle everything from marketplace listings and cross-border shipping to customs, returns, and warehousing in destination markets. Xpandifi is part of BranchX, a company that builds AI-powered tools for retailers, distributors, and financial institutions across India. While BranchX focuses on the domestic market, Xpandifi is its international arm, working to connect Indian-made products with global demand. As a potential candidate, we are looking for someone with deep experience in at least two or three of the following categories Health and Wellness, Beauty and Personal Care, Apparel and Textile Clothing, Home Decor and Furnishing, Jewellery and Fashion Accessories, and Baby and Kids. The role entails leading the effort to find export-ready Indian brands, onboard them into our system, and help drive their success on global platforms. Your responsibilities will include identifying and onboarding great Indian brands or manufacturing partners, building sourcing strategies across your assigned categories, guiding suppliers on packaging, compliance, and logistics readiness, coordinating with operations to prepare inventory for export, supporting product launches and listing strategies, and staying connected to supplier performance and feedback. To be considered for this role, you should have at least 5 years of experience in sourcing, category management, or export sales, a strong network of brands or suppliers in at least two core categories, familiarity with the packaging, compliance, and QC needs for global shipping, a hands-on approach with both strategy and day-to-day follow-up, clear communication skills, and the ability to build confident relationships. A bonus would be if you follow eCommerce trends or have worked in cross-border channels.
