Sales Executive - Retail Store

As a Sales Executive at JW BRANDS PVT LTD, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and providing exceptional customer service at our retail store in Bangalore, India for our brands JOKER & WITCH and TEEJH. Key Responsibilities: - Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products. - Drive sales by providing excellent customer service and demonstrating strong product knowledge. - Maintain store inventory levels and ensure merchandise is displayed in line with brand guidelines. - Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally to ensure customer satisfaction. - Achieve individual and team sales targets while promoting brand loyalty and repeat business. - Assist in store opening and closing activities, including cash reconciliation and daily reporting. - Keep up-to-date with new products, promotions, and store policies. - Maintain organization of the sales floor and stockroom. Qualifications Required: - Excellent communication skills with a confident, customer-friendly personality. - Should have a flair for customer service. - 0-1 year of retail sales experience in Watches, Jewelry, Fashion Accessories, or similar categories. Freshers may also apply. - Background in Retail, Hospitality, or other customer-facing industries preferred. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. - Proficient in MS Office (Excel & Word). - Flexible and adaptable with working hours. - Bachelor's Degree preferred.
