Sales Executive - Retail Store

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Experience & Styling:

1. Provide personalized styling advice and build strong relationships with customers to enhance brand loyalty.

2. Understand customer preferences and curate looks that reflect Joker & Witchs modern, trend-driven aesthetic.

3. Ensure every customer interaction reflects the brands premium experience and tone of voice.

4. Store Operations & Business Support

5. Coordinate closely with the store manager and business backend team to ensure smooth daily operations.

6. Monitor sales performance, share customer insights, and assist in implementing strategies for sales growth.

7. Support backend functions such as sales reporting, stock analysis, and data entry for business performance tracking.

8.Maintain inventory accuracy, assist in stock audits, and ensure timely communication between the store and warehouse teams.

9. Uphold visual merchandising standards and assist in new product launches or in-store activations.

Team Collaboration & Brand Alignment:

Act as a bridge between the store team and head office to relay feedback, performance insights, and operational needs.

Stay informed about new collections, campaigns, and marketing initiatives to ensure consistent brand storytelling on the floor.

Preferred candidate profile

Qualifications & Experience:

1-3 years of retail experience, preferably in fashion, accessories, or lifestyle categories.

Strong understanding of retail operations, sales reporting, and customer engagement.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a keen sense of style.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales and customer data.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and POS systems.

Bachelors degree in Fashion, Retail Management, or Business Administration preferred.
