Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Gurugram for a Retail Sales Associate. The role involves providing exceptional customer service by assisting pet parents with their purchases and addressing their inquiries. Daily responsibilities include maintaining detailed knowledge of products, ensuring displays are well-organized, processing transactions efficiently, and contributing to achieving sales targets. The Retail Sales Associate will also assist in maintaining stock levels and promoting sales campaigns and offers as needed.
