Job Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and personable individual to join our retail team. This role isn't just about managing the store and selling our wonderful fragrances; it's also about being an ambassador for our brand. You will be the friendly face that not only helps customers in-store but also goes out into the local community to bring in new customers. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day operations of the retail store, ensuring a welcoming and well-organized environment. Assist customers in selecting fragrances, answering questions, and providing a top-notch customer experience. Use and manage the store's sales software and inventory systems efficiently. Engage in local outreach: actively go out into the community to promote the store, distribute promotional materials, and invite potential customers to visit. Build and maintain relationships with local businesses and community groups to increase foot traffic. Collaborate with the team to meet sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the store. Qualifications: Prior experience in retail or sales is a plus. Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for customer interaction. Comfortable using retail software and learning new systems. Willingness to step outside the store and engage with the local community. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
