CRM & Retention Marketing Associate Location : Gurgaon / Remote (India) Reports to : Co-Founder Type : Full-time About Chokore Chokore is a fast-growing Indian accessories brand that blends elegance, innovation, and heritage. We are now looking to strengthen our relationship with existing and new customers through thoughtful, data-driven engagement — and that’s where you come in. Role Overview As a CRM & Retention Marketing Associate , you’ll be the voice of Chokore’s relationship with its customers. From welcome flows to reactivation, from festive moments to loyalty loops — you’ll plan and execute lifecycle campaigns that feel personal and premium. You’ll work closely with the content, product, and performance teams to translate customer data into powerful journeys — across email, WhatsApp, SMS, and more. Key Responsibilities Analyze customer behavior (repeat rate, AOV, churn, purchase frequency, etc.) and create meaningful segments Design and manage automated lifecycle journeys — welcome, post-purchase, replenishment, win-back, and loyalty Execute omnichannel campaigns via email, WhatsApp, SMS, and push (using tools like Klaviyo or MoEngage) Partner with content/design teams for creative messaging, subject lines, and performance-focused creatives Track and improve CRM KPIs — repeat rate, LTV, retention %, open/click rates, and conversion Run A/B tests and iterate fast — across creative, CTA, timing, and copy Work with the growth and product teams to bring insights back into acquisition and merchandising Ideal Candidate 1–3 years of experience in CRM, retention, or growth marketing (D2C or ecommerce preferred) Strong understanding of marketing funnels, customer journeys, and conversion metrics Hands-on experience with tools like Klaviyo, Mailchimp, MoEngage, or similar Data-comfortable — familiar with using cohort analysis, Google Sheets/Excel, or CRM dashboards Excellent copywriting instincts — knows how to talk to Gen Z, millennials, and premium audiences Bonus: experience with WhatsApp campaign tools, loyalty programs, or RFM segmentation What You’ll Love at Chokore A high-margin, fast-moving brand with a distinct identity Freedom to experiment and bring your ideas to life Be part of the brand’s next phase of growth — loyalty, retention, and community Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Work Location: In person Speak with the employer +91 8800955996 Application Deadline: 07/07/2025 Expected Start Date: 15/07/2025
