Role Overview As a CRM & Retention Marketing Associate , you’ll be the voice of Chokore’s relationship with its customers. From welcome flows to reactivation, from festive moments to loyalty loops — you’ll plan and execute lifecycle campaigns that feel personal and premium. You’ll work closely with the content, product, and performance teams to translate customer data into powerful journeys — across email, WhatsApp, SMS, and more.
