Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing and maintaining relationships with key clients, suppliers, and third-party financial institutions. - Generating new leads and converting them into sales by demonstrating the value of trade finance products to businesses. - Creating tailored financial solutions for clients to optimize their working capital needs. - Promoting supply chain financing offerings by highlighting the benefits of improved cash flow, risk mitigation, and cost efficiency. Additionally, you will be expected to offer expert advice to clients on the best financing solutions based on their unique supply chain and business needs. You will need to stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes in trade finance to maintain a competitive edge. In terms of client onboarding and relationship management, your responsibilities will include guiding new clients through the onboarding process, addressing any questions or concerns, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Regular follow-ups with clients will be necessary to ensure that products continue to meet their evolving needs.
